My Funny Honey

So, today we pull up into the driveway after seeing McH's brother and sister-in-law and our precious nephews off from McH's parents' house.

I pull into the garage, he parks outside as he is headed back to work soon.  As I open my door, he is waiting for me to get out and I turn to see his shirt unbuttoned half way and his hairy (albeit only slightly, but hairy nonetheless) chest exposed.

He says to me in the most Italian of an accent a horse-riding Panhandle boy can muster, "Baby, have you seen my gold chain?  I can't find it anywhere."

I just rolled my eyes and laughed.  But when I thought about it later, I thanked God for a husband who still wants to joke around and with whom I'm completely in love with, even in these times of total dorkiness!

  4. Kim-Yes, I LOVE It when they just let their guards down and are just goofy! It's so attractive!

Alana-I didn't see you, but we walked in late, as USUAL! :) WE would love to get together sometime soon! Summers get a little lonely for teachers who are used to seeing people every day! LOL!

  8. That's funny! Laughter is such good medicine. Good eyes you have, yes that was a Twilight book. I did finally finish all of them. Loved all of them. I read them back to back so they all ran together.
