Git-R-Done

Richard and I were invited to a Halloween party Saturday night. When I first approached him about the invitation saying *Costumes Optional*, he responded, "Good, I'm not dressing up." What a fuddy-duddy. Well, that changed the day of the party when he found out some of his other male friends (fellow TXDOT-ers) were dressing up. We thought and thought. I was going to just wear what I had worn the previous THursday to school (see above post), so as not to spend any more $$ on a costume. So, we tried to think of something that could go along with me, including: the cowboys from Brokeback Mountain (Richard's idea), a mad scientist (Richard's idea), a metrosexual (my idea). None whetted his appetite for Halloween mischief, UNTIL...Richard decides he wants to be Larry the Cable Guy. He bought a camo hat, flannel long sleeved shirt (which we cut the sleeves out of). I had some brown face paint and he gave himself sideburns, and a goatee. So, we went as Mr. and Mrs. Larry the Cable Guy. He was a hit...he (sadly to say) looked JUST like him! So, without further ado, here are the pictures from our totally fun, but extremely exhausting Halloween party!

Mr. and Mrs. Larry the Cable Guy (a.k.a. Richard and me)

Cleopatra and Caesar (a.k.a. Paige and Chuck)
